Established in 2013, Zillion Whales is a renowned indie game studio known for high-quality midcore real-time strategy games with multiplayer elements. We have released 6 successful games, including the award-winning Mushroom Wars 2, and received prestigious awards like "Best of AppStore" from Apple. Poised to redefine Web3 gaming, Zillion Whales creates captivating experiences for players worldwide.
Zillion Whales is on a mission to bring true RTS gaming experiences to modern mobile platforms and welcome traditional players to the world of Web3 gaming through user-friendly onboarding.
Zillion Whales is merging its Web2 expertise with the Web3 innovation and infrastructure of the Ronin platform to build Wild Forest, a mobile real-time strategy game with player-versus-player (PvP) battles and captivating card-collecting elements. Players can experience the feel of old-school RTS games while immersing themselves in fast-paced battles characterized by base building, macroeconomic resource management, and direct micro-control of individual units. There are infinite units with unique abilities in gameplay that range from Crown, one of the fastest units in the game, to Piglet archers, who are weak-range warriors but in mass can dominate on the battlefield. Game features include:
Full RTS gameplay cycle with macro and micro-management on a single screen with no need to scroll, catering to mobile and casual players alike.
Three technology levels that players need to develop during the battle to get access to more powerful units.
Configurable deck of units that players take into the battle (each player could have a unique deck for more unpredictable gameplay).
“We are thrilled to join the Ronin family and appreciate the warm welcome and support from Sky Mavis. We are excited to bring our strategy games expertise we forged for years to the next era of gaming — Web3. Sky Mavis' success in the Web3 gaming market makes us confident that Ronin offers a rock-solid solution for developing, scaling, and distributing Web3 games,” commented Andrey Korotkov, CEO of Zillion Whales.
